Leadership Of SELF Begins With Being Honest With SELF

Leadership Of SELF Begins With Being Honest With SELF

Sometimes, even the most well-analyzed and best-planned decision can still run into speed bumps. When this happens, the CEO and leader must keep things on track and on time by effectively dealing with obstacles, or making sure someone has the delegated authority to do so. When progress is stalled by indecisiveness, procrastination, or not enough E-factor, a leader must lead. A leader must initiate action, and then follow-up until things are running smoothly toward the desired results.

Are you asking the right questions about SELF, Inc., and are you asking yourself the hard questions? Leadership of SELF begins with being honest with SELF. It is a step no one can take for you, except you.

CEOs look, listen, learn, and then lead.
