My region consistently achieved better and better performance results, which proved to be the major stepping-stone to becoming president of Godfather's Pizza, Inc. When the call came, I was very excited, and so was my vice chairman, Gloria. I felt no hesitancy in making the move to Omaha, where Godfather's corporate headquarters were located, because that was where I would live out my dream.
If you do not have a dream, then you will not know if you got there.
